Meet Marcia

A Bay Area native and trusted real estate agent since 2004, Marcia Fancher possesses an in-depth knowledge of the local market. She offers a professional, personalized approach to the home buying and selling process, striving to meet the specific needs of every client — whether a first-time buyer or an experienced seller. Marcia specializes in properties on the Peninsula but serves the entire Bay Area.

Prior to entering real estate, Marcia worked as a purchasing supervisor at United Airlines, where she honed valuable negotiation skills that she uses daily in real estate transactions. Recognizing that the purchase or sale of a property is one of life’s biggest financial decisions, she is driven to help each buyer get the best value for their dream home and ensure sellers have smooth, stress-free, and profitable experiences.

Marcia holds a number of professional real estate credentials. She is a Certified Negotiation Specialist, a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, and she earned the top GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute) designation from the National Association of Realtors®. She also has a degree in business management from San Jose State University.

Based in Redwood City, Marcia is an avid golfer and Giants fan and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She and her husband recently became ‘empty nesters’ with their son attending Sacramento State University. She gives to local nonprofits that help people in need, including Generations United, Samaritan House, Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, and the Bay Area Rescue Mission. She is also an animal lover and supports the Peninsula Humane Society and the Marine Mammal Center.
