Meet Rica

Rica Ruiz truly finds that real estate utilizes all her gifts in her mission to serve others. Her client-centered approach delivers outstanding service, whether you’re selling your home, buying a home, or investing. Her knowledge, experience, and thoroughness helps her clients navigate strategically and holistically with their real estate decisions. Rica’s clients learn quickly that she is an expert negotiator. Problems are just roadblocks, and through skill, experience, empathy and transparency, Rica finds routes around to help her clients arrive at their end goal. She is very proud to be the “go-to” resource for all her client’s real estate needs.

With over three decades of sales experience, Rica continues to hone her skills for the betterment of her clients. She sought and received her Broker's License, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, Certified Probate & Trust Specialist designation, and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). Rica is a firm believer that no one succeeds alone, and in her commitment to better serve others, she continually sharpens her skills and masters her craft with the guidance of a business coach. She has also begun to coach other Realtors on her best practices to help them succeed!

Since Rica loves connecting people and helping others, she enjoys her service as an Ambassador for the Danville Area and San Mateo Area Chambers of Commerce. She is also the Chairman of the Board for Generations United, a non-profit organization that helps the under-resourced community in Redwood City. She enjoys volunteering at Kids Against Hunger and Fostering Wishes. She gives 10% of her income monthly to local and national non-profits such as Mission Church, The Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude’s and Susan G. Komen Foundation, just to name a few. When Rica is not helping her clients and others in her community, her favorite pastime is watching her son run track and play his guitar; and wine tasting and spending time with her husband & business partner, Rob.
