Meet Rob

As the Team’s Director of Operations, Rob’s main objective is to ensure that each client receives a customer experience above and beyond what they expect. His priority is to keep abreast of local market conditions, ensuring our clients receive the most relevant real estate market data. He is detail-oriented, thorough, professional, and takes the time to ensure every client’s needs are met from the ratification of the offer to the close of escrow. Rob conducts site-visits to properties, coordinates and manages vendors, and oversees the operations of our transactions and our team.

 

Rob comes to us with over 16 years of experience successfully building and managing production and support organizations. Rob possesses excellent interpersonal skills with a long history of successful recruiting, mentoring and personnel retention. Rob has a proven leadership track record of developing and managing all facets of Operations.

 

Rob’s extensive experience with industry leading technology companies like Google, FiberTower, and NextNav provides an unparalleled foundation of systems organization to ensure a smooth, timely executed transaction from the initial consultation to the close of escrow and beyond!
