Originally from the East Coast, Virginia Moriconi has lived in California since 1997. Currently, she lives in Burlingame, California, where she has worked as a real estate professional since 2014, serving first-time homebuyers, downsizing seniors, and young professionals. Virginia primarily serves the Mid-Peninsula region but has also worked with clients in San Francisco, as well as its neighboring coastal region. She is passionate about her community and is eager to share this excitement with clients moving to the area.

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Virginia studied international relations and communication in art and design at San Francisco State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree. Afterward, she took several fine arts courses in interior design. Virginia began her career by working in San Francisco’s architecture and design industry as a territory manager before transitioning into real estate, where she routinely draws upon both her professional and educational background.

Virginia appreciates the social nature of her career and loves that it incorporates her passion for design and architecture. Hardworking and resourceful, Virginia works tirelessly on behalf of her clients to provide exceptional service. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and is a member of the California Garden Club, from which she has won several awards. Virginia and her husband also love to travel together and have four rescue pets: one small dog, two tabby cats, and a Bengal cat.
