Stunning room for rent in a custom house in East Manhattan Beach. The home features a formal living room, formal dining room, large family room w/custom wet bar, 3 fireplaces, high ceilings, and large bedroom with attached bathroom. 5th Street is one of East Manhattan Beach’s prime streets as it does not travel through to either Aviation or Sepulveda, so there is very little traffic. The interior was customized by the owner who transformed it from a standard spec home to a model-like interior. It has beautifully done, custom faux finishes and moldings around the door frames. A pool, spa, Built-in BBQ area & a gas fire pit make the backyard truly spectacular. This rental does not include exclusive use of the entire property. The owner is renting the guest bedroom with shared space on the first floor. The guest bedroom comes with a television, and a private full bathroom with ample closet and drawer space.
