Celebrate the Year of the Snake at The Veranda's Lunar New Year Festivities

To honor this auspicious occasion, The Veranda in Concord is hosting a vibrant Lunar New Year Celebration on Sunday, February 2, 2025, from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Event Highlights:

• Lion Dance Performance: Experience the dynamic and colorful Lion Dance by Tomizaki's Champions Kung Fu Institute, a traditional performance believed to bring good luck and drive away evil spirits.

   

• Special Movie Screening: Following the festivities, guests are invited to a special showing of the animated classic "Kung Fu Panda" (2008) at the Veranda LUXE theater. This family-friendly film is a delightful way to continue the celebration.

• Goody Bags: Children can receive themed goody bags filled with festive treats. To ensure availability, it's recommended to reserve one bag per child in advance. While event attendance is free, goody bags and movie seats can be reserved for a donation to the Monument Crisis Center, supporting those in need within the community.
