Hello, my name is Rica Ruiz, and I am the founder of Meraki Real Estate, serving San Mateo and Contra Costa counties here in beautiful Northern California. The way I coach is how I wish I had always been coached. Over the past 12 years, I've had multiple real estate coaches, but it never really resonated with me.

However, I wanted to improve myself and my business and believed in the value of a good coach. So, I kept doing it. That's my story, and that's also the definition of insanity. A couple of years ago, I realized that real estate coaching hasn't changed in over 30 years, even though our industry has.

When our real estate coaches use the same scripts, teach us how to sell our value proposition, and craft the best listing presentations the same way, we become easily replaceable. That infuriated me, and I thought there had to be a better way.

So, my coaching is authentic to who you are and how you want your business to look. We focus on processes and systems that will make your business scalable and repeatable. This approach alleviates unnecessary stress. We teach you how to be a better communicator, not by memorizing scripts, but by actively listening to your clients, making them feel heard and understood so that you are viewed as a trusted advisor. It’s about elevating the customer experience. When you do that and have unwavering standards, you command a higher fee.
